Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Reliable transportation with at least 4 years of driving and a valid license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be willing to travel throughout assigned geography ~100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
• Greet customers courteously and provide good service.
• Collect, label, centrifuge, and package specimens as required.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Ensure accurate matching of requisitions and specimens.
• Maintain patient information and comply with regulations.
• Assist with specimen storage and transport per protocol.
• Adhere to OSHA and DEP regulations; attend trainings.
• Handle inquiries by phone and support lab operations.
