Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be willing to travel throughout assigned geography about 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens from patients.
• Label, centrifuge, and process specimens per protocol.
• Explain venipuncture procedures to patients in clear, courteous terms.
• Match requisitions to specimens and ensure proper labeling and transport.
• Maintain specimen integrity and comply with required temperature controls.
• Follow OSHA and DEP regulations and attend annual trainings.
