Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist II to draw blood samples across multiple sites. You will travel between Sumter, Lugoff, and Columbia locations, collecting specimens and preparing them for testing. Schedule is M-Th 8-5 and Fri 8-12, with potential weekend coverage as needed.

The role requires strong phlebotomy skills across pediatric and geriatric patients, and the ability to adapt to rotating sites with minimal notice. A high school diploma is required, with certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples from patients and prepare them for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure comfort and safety.
• Verify patient demographics and proper labeling of tubes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation; uphold confidentiality.
