Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred.
• 5 years of professional pharmacy experience.
• 2 years of management experience.
• BLS certification within the specified timeframe.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• PGY1 residency and immunization/vaccine administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily pharmacy operations and staff.
• Develop and implement pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operational and financial performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Oversee pharmacy purchasing and inventory management to ensure cost-effective medication availability.
