Job summary

Chippenham Medical Center in Richmond, VA, seeks a dedicated hospital pharmacist for the Pharmacy unit on the Main Building 4th floor. You will manage IV verification, med verification, IV prep, and work nights/days as scheduled, supporting trauma and critical care patients.

Candidates must have Virginia State Pharmacist license, 2+ years hospital experience, and skills in Dose Edge, Pyxis, Meditech, Vigilanz.

Qualifications

• Hospital pharmacy experience required (2+ years)
• Advanced dosing experience: Vancomycin AUC, warfarin, enoxaparin, DOACs
• Experience with Dose Edge IV, Meditech, Vigilanz, Pyxis is required

Responsibilities

• IV verification and medication verification on unit
• IV compounding as needed
• All medication dispensing and verification per unit policies
