Job summary

Chippenham Medical Center in Richmond, VA seeks a hospital pharmacist for the Pharmacy unit on the Main Building 4th floor. The role requires hospital experience and VA licensure, with complex dosing in trauma, burn, critical care, peds and cardiac surgery.

Proficiency in Dose Edge IV, Pyxis, Meditech and Vigilanz is preferred. The ideal candidate will handle IV verification, medication verification, and IV compounding, with night/evening shifts as listed, and will support a high-acuity patient

Qualifications

• Hospital experience required.
• Experience with Dose Edge IV, Pyxis and Meditech systems.
• Vigilanz experience is preferred.
• Advanced dosing skills for critical care pharmacotherapy.
