Job summary

Chippenham Medical Center in Richmond, VA, is seeking a hospital pharmacist for the Pharmacy unit (Main Building 4th floor). The role covers nights and evenings with a 463-bed facility and a Level 1 trauma center environment.

You will perform IV verification, medication verification, and IV compounding as needed using Meditech, Vigilanz, Dose Edge and Pyxis. A Virginia State Pharmacist license is required, with hospital experience over 2 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Hospital experience required.
• Vancomycin AUC dosing and renal dosing experience preferred.
• Electrolyte protocols, heparin and DOAC familiarity recommended.
• Virginia State Pharmacist license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• IV verification and medication verification.
