Job summary

Chippenham Medical Center in Richmond, VA, Pharmacy unit (Main Building, 4th floor) seeks a seasoned hospital pharmacist. Night shifts: 2030–0700; Evening 1430–0100; 463-bed facility with Meditech Magic, Vigilanz, Dose Edge, Pyxis systems. Virginia license required.

Prior ICU/trauma experience preferred. Openings emphasize complex patient care, Vancomycin AUC, warfarin, DOAC dosing, and renal dosing protocols. Dress code: scrubs; resources include Sanford Guide, Lexicomp, Uptodate.

Qualifications

• Hospital experience required
• 2+ years on a hospital/pharmacy unit
• Experience with critical care patients and complex dosing would be a plus
