Job Summary:
Pharmacist Inpatient (Pharmacist Inpatient) position in a healthcare organization. This role involves providing pharmaceutical care for inpatient populations, including chemotherapy, hazardous drug handling, and medication compounding within an acute care setting. The candidate must be available to work day shifts and meet the specified certification and licensure requirements.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m., with every 3rd or 4th Saturday (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
• Required Qualifications: Valid PA state license, EPIC Beacon experience, 2 years of relevant inpatient pharmacy experience, and certifications including BCPS, BLS, Chemo/Hazardous Drug, IV Certification, and Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with chemotherapy, clinical dosing, compounding, geriatric dosing, inpatient/acute care, IV Piggyback, IV push medications, oncologic, pediatric dosing, pharmacokinetic dosing, Pyxis, renal dosing, sterile technique.
• Additional Information: Candidate may care for COVID-19 patients. The facility is tobacco and fragrance-free. Applicants must notify prior to submission if they have any medical or religious exemptions for required vaccines. The role involves working at the primary facility with possible floating to a nearby location within 2 miles.
• Certifications and License: Must hold a valid PA license and meet all certification requirements listed above.
• Other Notes: RTO (Requested Time Off) is limited to a maximum of 7 days. The position emphasizes EPIC Beacon experience; license and certification adherence are mandatory.
