Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Clarkston, Washington.

The PCU travel RN will care for patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessment, including cardiac patients. Duties include bedside care, IV access, medication administration, and monitoring of specialized equipment on 12-hour day shifts. This is a 13-week travel assignment with tax-free stipends.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week.
• 12-hour day shifts in PCU.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and stabilize cardiac patients.
• Change dressings, insert catheters and start IVs.
• Administer and record prescribed medications with adverse reaction reporting.
• Monitor equipment and interpret electronic displays.
• Initiate corrective action based on monitoring data.
