Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Travel PCU/Stepdown RN in Morristown, NJ for nationwide and local contracts. You will monitor high-acuity patients, interpret telemetry, administer complex meds, and collaborate with care teams to ensure safe, effective treatment.

This role requires an active RN license (compact preferred), BLS/ACLS, and 1–2 years of PCU/stepdown or telemetry experience. Travel contracts include housing options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Compact license preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1–2 years of PCU/Stepdown or Telemetry experience
• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation and critical thinking skills
• Experience with ventilator and drip management preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients with high acuity needs
• Interpret and respond to cardiac telemetry and vital signs
• Administer medications, manage IV drips, and maintain care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure safe, effective treatment
• Document interventions and patient progress accurately and promptly
