TotalMed RN is seeking a PCU travel nurse in Seattle, WA. The RN will care for patients requiring close monitoring but not ICU care, with duties including bedside care, IV starts, medications, and monitoring equipment. Immediate opening with 36 hours per week and 12-hour night shifts.

Requirements include ACLS, BLS, NIH, and 1–2 years of acute care experience. Travel assignment is 13 weeks, with a tax-free stipend and shifts based on 12-hour rotations.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• NIH (NIHSS) certification is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide basic bedside care and monitor cardiac patients.
• Change dressings, insert catheters and start IVs.
• Prepare, administer and record prescribed medications and report adverse reactions.
• Monitor and interpret monitoring equipment and vital signs.
• Initiate action based on monitoring data to address adverse symptoms.
