Job summary

TotalMed RN seeks a travel nurse RN for the Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit in Seattle, WA. The assignment runs 13 weeks starting 11/16/2026, with 36 hours per week on night shifts. Ideal candidate has 1–2 years of acute care experience and current ACLS/BLS certifications.

The role focuses on close monitoring of cardiac patients and timely intervention. As a PCU travel nurse, you will manage medications, IVs, dressings, and patient monitoring while coordinating with the care team to ensure

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS and NIH certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and stabilize cardiac patients.
• Change dressings, insert catheters and start IVs.
• Prepare, administer and record prescribed medications and monitor reactions.
• Monitor equipment and interpret displays to detect changes.
