Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This PCU role requires 1-2 years of acute care experience and offers 13 weeks duration, 36 hours per week, and 12-hour day shifts.

As a PCU travel nurse, you will monitor cardiac patients, administer medications, and respond to changes using telemetry and bedside assessments. ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications preferred; travel pay includes weekly pay and guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care; stabilize critical cardiac patients.
• Monitor and titrate medications and IV therapies.
• Assess and document patient condition and vital signs.
• Utilize monitoring equipment and respond to changes.
• Coordinate care with the PCU team.
