• Certifications Required: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), NIH (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
• Requested Skill Set: Must have: ACLS, BLS, NIH. Advanced skills needed for the care of telemetry and pulmonary step-down patients, which include managing conditions like COPD exacerbation, pneumonia, CHF, trach patients, and handling cardiac and respiratory monitoring and management.
• Nursing Interventions and Monitoring Requirements: Oxygen therapy including BIPAP/CPAP up to 80%, as well as AirVo low flow; Vital Signs: Every 4 hours; Continuous cardiac monitoring; Blood Glucose Monitoring: Every 4 hours; Neurological monitoring and NIHSS at any required frequency.
• Dress Code: Required uniform is Royal Blue.
