Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced Progressive Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool in Vermont. You will support cardiothoracic surgery, vascular, urology, and cardiology units, with the flexibility to float to other specialties as needed.

The role requires a Vermont RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, EPIC experience within 2 years, and at least 2 years in a large trauma level 1 teaching facility. Night shift with weekend coverage and travel between units as required.

Qualifications

Active Vermont RN license required.
BLS, ACLS and NIHSS certifications required.
Minimum 2 years in a large trauma level 1 teaching facility.
Experience in Cardiology, post-cath and structural heart procedures.
EPIC EMR experience within the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care in Progressive Care settings.
Support multiple specialties including hematology, oncology, orthopedics, and neurology.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Monitor and manage patient health, including post-cardiac interventions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
