Job summary

Zurich Cover-More is seeking an Account Manager to build and grow relationships with key retail partners. You will drive account success, collaborate across teams, and deliver strategic solutions to elevate client performance.

You will own onboarding, training, and ongoing business reviews, while identifying opportunities to enhance performance and introduce new ideas for product enhancements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred for broader opportunities.
• Minimum 3 years in account management, sales or related field, preferably in travel or financial services.
• Proven track record in growing small to medium accounts and meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts as primary contact; ensure client satisfaction.
• Own the full account lifecycle including onboarding, training, performance reviews.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with business goals to drive growth.
• Identify opportunities to enhance performance through training and process improvements.
• Introduce new ideas, tools, and product enhancements to support client success.
• Lead client meetings to review performance and present new solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams.
• Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
