Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Preoperative for a travel nursing job in Canton, Georgia. The PACU RN will provide care for post-anesthesia patients, supporting recovery from anesthesia and coordinating discharge planning with the unit team.

The role requires an active RN license, an accredited nursing degree, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least 18 months of PACU experience in acute care; travel benefits and weekly pay are included.

Qualifications

• Active RN License.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS Certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PACU setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for post-anesthesia patients recovering from anesthesia, including general, regional, and local care; treat inpatients and outpatients.
• Administer diligent care via monitoring, assessment, intervention, and continuous reassessment.
