Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Boston, Massachusetts. The PACU RN will support post-anesthesia recovery, monitor waking patients, and coordinate discharge or transfer as needed.

Position requires 18 months PACU experience, active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and a 13-week assignment starting 10/11/2026. Travel and housing benefits provided as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS and ACLS Certifications
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PACU setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Provide care for post-operative patients recovering from anesthesia, including general, regional, and local. Treats inpatients and outpatients according to their needs.
• Administer diligent care via monitoring, assessment, intervention, and continuous reassessment.
