Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Atlanta, Georgia. You will provide care for post-anesthesia patients, monitor recovery, and coordinate with the surgical team to ensure timely transfers to appropriate units.

This is a travel assignment with a 13-week duration and 40-hour weeks. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of acute care experience and PACU exposure.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience.
• PACU/PACU RN experience preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications may be required before assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide observation and care for post-op patients recovering from anesthesia.
• Develop individualized care plans based on patient condition.
• Monitor for adverse changes and report to physician.
