Job summary
Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for its mobile staffing program. RNs will be utilized to fill short and long-term assignments across the health system, offering premium compensation and maximum scheduling flexibility.
Nationwide and regional opportunities are available, with diverse practice settings and learning opportunities. Positions involve floating across hospital locations within regions, maintaining licensure credentials, and delivering high-quality
Qualifications
- RN licensure in applicable state(s)
- 18+ months clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, PCU
- 2+ years for CC, Surgical, Maternal, ED, Behavioral Health
- Credentials per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc); BLS/ACLS/PALS must be through AHA
Responsibilities
- Float across hospital locations or regions as assigned
- Apply standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Plan, Implement, Evaluate
- Operate independently within license and scope
- Delegate, make decisions, be accountable for outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes
- Adapt to new ideas and manage competing priorities
- Embrace cultural differences while balancing priorities
