Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Rapids is seeking experienced Stepdown/PCU RNs for the FirstChoice mobile staffing program. This part-time night-shift role offers flexible assignments across the health system with premium compensation.

Qualified candidates will have RN licensure, 18+ months in Med Surg/Tele/PCU, and AHA BLS/ACLS certifications. Flexibility to float locations and participate in diverse practice settings is required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 18 months of recent Med Surg, Tele and PCU experience.
• American Heart Association BLS
• American Heart Association ACLS

Responsibilities

• Work a minimum of 36 hours in 6 weeks.
• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or locations.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Act independently within licensed scope and experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Embrace new ideas and manage competing priorities.
