Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a PACU RN for a travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. The nurse must have at least 2 years of PACU experience and current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications, with Cerner EMR familiarity. 12-hour days, 36 hours per week, 16-week duration, ASAP start.

Responsibilities include managing PACU patient care, monitoring vitals, administering post-operative meds, and communicating care plans with patients and families. Travel benefits, housing and stipends offered by ARMStaffing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent PACU nursing experience.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• NIHSS certification required and Cerner EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in the PACU setting.
• Monitor vital signs and recovery status.
• Administer medications post-operatively as prescribed.
• Communicate care plans and post-operative instructions with patients and families.
