Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PACU RN to take an assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri.

This assignment lasts 16.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on October 26, 2026.

**Required Experience and Skills:**- Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience- Experience in a Level I Trauma Center PACU (Phase I)- Proficiency in Epic Charting System- Skills in Dysrhythmia recognition/management, Blood Product Administration, Phlebotomy, Starting IVs, IV vasopressors, ICP monitoring, and Care of Ventilated patients

**Preferred Experience:**- Previous Charge Experience

**Certifications Required:**- BLS (Basic Life Support)- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)- CCRN* (Critical Care Registered Nurse) - Preferred- TNCC* (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - Preferred

**Special Requirements:**- Confidence with critical care- Experience with managing patients with drains, vasoactive drips, mechanical ventilation, and recovery from general anesthesia

**License and Educational Requirements:**- Pending license accepted (subject to conditions)- MO or compact license required (IL license must be in hand at submission)

**Additional Notes:**- Candidates must not be local (must live at least 75 miles away from the facility)- Candidates must pass a Relias EKG exam- Experience with surgical patient recovery from a variety of surgeries is required, except open heart surgeries and liver transplants- 2 years of PACU experience in a level 1 trauma is a hardstop requirement
