• **Required Experience and Qualifications:**- 2 years of experience required; will consider 1 year if experience is from a Level 1 Trauma Facility.- Scrub experience for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular is required.- Experience in Level 1 trauma is required.
• **Preferred Qualifications:**- BSN preferred.
• **Certifications:**- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• **Licensure:**- MO license or compact license required; pending license accepted if conditions are met.
• **Other Requirements:**- Willingness to float within service line.- Must have sufficient Level 1 trauma experience.- Heart and lung transplant experience needed for night shift (screen and call out if missing this experience).- All staff are responsible for entering missing instruments into the CensiTrac system.
• **Additional Information:**- Not open to local candidates (must be at least 75 miles from facility).- No block scheduling.- On-call required as needed, which may vary per unit needs.- Clinician will float within service line.- Charting system experience with Epic preferred.
