About the Role: We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Travel Package Marketing Manager who can transform our dynamic travel packaging programs into market-leading offers. This pivotal role combines consultative expertise with direct execution, requiring someone who can both advise on best practices and personally implement high-impact campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring deep travel industry knowledge, particularly with airline partnerships, alongside proven experience driving bookings through multi-channel marketing programs.

Essential Skills and Requirements

Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Ability to develop marketing strategies and personally execute implementation
  • Experience managing full-cycle travel marketing programs from conception to analysis
  • Balance of consultative expertise with hands-on campaign management skills
  • Proven ability to guide stakeholders while directly running programs

Travel Industry Expertise

  • 5+ years experience marketing travel packages, preferably with airline partnerships
  • Practical knowledge of travel distribution channels, GDS systems, and booking engines
  • Understanding of airline revenue management and dynamic pricing structures
  • Experience with seasonal travel trends and optimal promotion timing

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Hands-on SEO optimization for travel-related keywords and destination content
  • Direct management of SEM/PPC campaigns with proven ROI in the travel sector
  • Experience implementing social media and email marketing strategies for travel offers
  • Content creation skills focused on driving travel package bookings

Data Analysis & Program Optimization

  • Experience with travel booking conversion funnels and attribution modeling
  • Ability to track and optimize campaign performance across channels
  • Google Analytics proficiency with focus on travel-specific metrics
  • Skills in translating performance data into program improvements

Promotional Strategy & Implementation

  • Experience designing and executing effective discount programs for travel packages
  • Direct management of flash sales, limited-time offers, and seasonal promotions
  • Implementation of loyalty marketing initiatives and repeat customer strategies
  • Ability to coordinate time-sensitive promotions across multiple channels

Partnership Development & Management

  • Experience working directly with airline marketing teams
  • Ability to negotiate and implement co-marketing opportunities

  • Understanding of airline ancillary revenue strategies and leverage points

Technical Capabilities

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
