Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid state license with AK PT licensure required.
• At least 1 year of outpatient PT experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred: experience with Epic-electronic charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy to adults and geriatric patients, including neuro and orthopedic populations.
• Work in a Magnet-designated Level II Trauma hospital and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.
