Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Anchorage, AK, at a Level II Trauma acute care hospital.

You will provide outpatient therapy services, focusing on orthopedic and neurologic rehab, with a 4x10 or 10-hour days schedule and Epic EMR documentation. BLS is required; Alaska license is required if applicable. Min 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year outpatient PT experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Alaska PT license if applicable.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Skilled in assessment, body mechanics, home exercise programs, and patient/family education.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient PT care in an acute hospital setting.
• Treat orthopedic and neurologic conditions as part of rehab.
• Document care and progress in Epic EMR.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes.
