Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of PT experience required.
• Must hold AK PT license and BLS.
• Epic charting system experience required.
• Candidates with travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy in neuro/ortho settings.
• Assess and treat patients in outpatient, acute hospital, rehab, and SNF settings.
• Educate patients and families; implement and modify home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with facility staff to coordinate care and document progress.
