Role: Outpatient Physical Therapist providing travel services in a multi-disciplinary medical center.
- Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, apply modalities like cryotherapy and TENS, utilize assistive devices, document evaluations and goals, develop home exercise programs, and educate patients and families.
- Setting: Outpatient clinic treating orthopedic patients ranging from teens to older adults, with a mix of non-surgical and post-operative cases.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts with flexible start times between 8:00 and 17:30.
- Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of recent PT experience, at least 1 prior travel assignment, current BLS certification, and state license if applicable. Experience with orthopedic conditions (e.g., DDD, DJD, post-op surgeries), proficiency with assistive devices and modalities, and charting system expertise are required. Preferred sports medicine experience.
- Skills: Strong assessment, treatment planning, documentation, equipment proficiency, and patient education skills.
