Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide therapy to diverse patient populations, from adolescents to geriatrics, in outpatient settings.

You will use WebPT EMR, typically working Monday through Friday or four 10-hour shifts, and help patients recover and improve quality of life. The role requires a PT degree, active state license, and prior outpatient experience.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist with an accredited degree (ATSA/APTA approved).
• Active State License is required to practice.
• Outpatient therapy experience is essential.

Role: Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist
Responsibilities: Provide outpatient therapy services to diverse patient populations, including adolescents to geriatrics, managing conditions such as sports injuries, post-operative cases, and neurologic disorders. Utilize WebPT EMR, typically working Monday through Friday or four 10-hour shifts, to help patients recover and improve their quality of life.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution approved by APTA. Active State License required. BLS certification may be necessary. Prior outpatient experience is essential.
Key Duties: Assess and treat patients, develop and implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
