Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) focused on providing patient-centered outpatient therapy services in the Northeast Pennsylvania area.
Deliver outpatient physical therapy, ensure accurate documentation, collaborate within a clinical team, and meet patient care needs during daytime hours.
Valid active state license, at least 4 years of outpatient experience, and relevant credentials. Experience with outpatient therapy and recent work history preferred.
