Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, create and adjust individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support community reintegration. You will educate patients and families and ensure safety and quality care.

Day shifts with 40+ hours per week, a state license, CPR certification, and at least one year of outpatient experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 1 year of outpatient experience.
• Active state license.
• CPR certification.
• Availability for day shifts of 8 hours, totaling 40+ hours per week.
