Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in outpatient settings across the country.

You will conduct 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups, collaborate with healthcare teams, and help patients recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited institution approved by APTA.
• Active State License to practice Physical Therapy.
• Outpatient experience required.
• BLS certification may be needed.
