Critical Connection, inc seeks a travel Occupational Therapist for a SNF assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role focuses on functional recovery, ADLs, and safe discharge planning with new grads encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active state OT license or pending licensure.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and physical impairments.
• Address ADLs, IADLs, upper-extremity rehab, and adaptive strategies.
• Provide 1:1 patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and case management.
• Complete accurate documentation and discharge planning.
