Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date is 09/15/2026 with 40 hours per week in a SNF setting, shift of 8 hours, and travel employment type.

Minimum requirements include OT degree, active state license, potential BLS, and SNF evaluation/treatment/discharge experience. Benefits and relocation assistance are provided for travelers.

Qualifications

• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience completing evaluations, daily treatments, and discharges in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, plan and implement OT treatments, and discharge patients in a SNF setting.
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients recovering from injuries or illnesses.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to optimize patient mobility and daily living activities.
