Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Matawan, New Jersey. This travel role offers 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour daytime shift and travel stipends.

The OT will focus on functional recovery, ADLs, and safe discharge planning, collaborating with PT, SLP, nursing, and case management to provide 1:1 patient-centered care and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Active (or pending) OT license
• SNF experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and physical impairments
• Address ADLs, IADLs, upper-extremity rehab, and adaptive strategies
• Provide 1:1 patient-centered care
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and case management
• Complete accurate documentation and discharge planning
