Job summary

National Staffing Solutions-Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our travel team in Manahawkin, New Jersey. This 13-week assignment offers 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift.

The OT will deliver skilled therapy in a nursing facility, evaluating daily living activities, planning treatment, and guiding patients to regain independence. Start date is ASAP; travel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• OT license / Licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct individualized occupational therapy programs in a nursing facility.
• Help patients develop, regain, or maintain ability to perform daily activities.
• Teach patients skills to use adaptive equipment for daily participation.
• Study, evaluate, and document patients' activities and progress.
