Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel assignment in Brick, New Jersey, focused on skilled nursing care.

The role emphasizes functional recovery, ADLs, and safe discharge planning, with new grads encouraged to apply. You will provide 1:1 patient-centered care and collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and case management.

Compensation includes guaranteed hours, weekly pay, housing and travel stipends, license reimbursement, and a $1,200 CEU allowance.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active (or pending) state OT license.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and physical impairments.
• Address ADLs, IADLs, upper-extremity rehab, and adaptive strategies.
• Provide 1:1 patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and case management.
• Complete accurate documentation and discharge planning.
