Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a traveling Occupational Therapist for a 14-week assignment in Seattle, WA. The role requires at least 6 months of OT experience (1 year preferred), BLS and NBCOT-OTR certification, and WA state licensure.

Start date is 12/07/2026, with 35 hours per week and 8-hour days. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, educate families, and document outcomes in compliance with state and payer guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year of OT experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and perform tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history and assess needs.
• Evaluate condition and develop a treatment plan with goals.
• Educate families and employers about care requirements.
• Document activities and progress per guidelines.
• Provide timely documentation following state and payer guidelines.
