Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Republic, WA. You will work 40 hours per week on day shifts, evaluating patients and developing plans of care to improve daily living skills.

Requirements include 6 months of OT experience, BLS, NBCOT-OTR certification, and state licensing. Travel OT with acute care setting experience is preferred and documentation must follow guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience; new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Must have BLS and NBCOT-OTR National Certification with state-specific licensing.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history, observe tasks and assess needs.
• Develop a plan of care and goals to improve daily living activities.
• Educate patient and family, and coordinate care with physicians and other providers.
• Assess home or workplace for accommodations and safety.
• Document assessments and progress per state and payer guidelines.
