Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals tailored to patient capacity.
• Develops a plan of care for each OT patient and provide skilled OT services as ordered by physician.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
