Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Wenatchee, Washington. The position involves providing direct patient care, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, NBCOT, and a current state OT license or licensure in progress, plus CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and NBCOT exam passed.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or in process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and rehabilitation potential.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity and tolerance.
• Develops a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient.
• Provides skilled occupational therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet OT goals.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
