Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for an immediate travel opening in Ellensburg, WA. The OT will evaluate patients and develop plans of care to improve skills for daily living, in an acute care setting.

40 hours per week on days, 13 weeks, with travel assignment specifics and state licensing requirements. Requires 1 year of OT experience (6 months may be acceptable for exceptional candidates); BLS and NBCOT-OTR certification with proper licensing are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of OT experience required; exceptional candidates with 6 months may be considered.
• Must have BLS and NBCOT-OTR certification with state licensing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop plans of care to improve daily living skills.
• Conduct patient assessments and set measurable goals.
• Educate patients, families, and employers on care and accommodations.
• Document patient progress per state and payer guidelines.
• Review medical history and adapt treatment plans as needed.
