Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for an assignment in Anchorage, Alaska. The role involves assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering skilled OT services with a 40-hour work week across 10-hour day shifts.

Requirements include a Master's in OT, NBCOT, state OT licensure (or in process), CPR certification, and at least one year of experience. Travel benefits and housing support are provided by MedPro.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or in the process of licensure
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity and tolerance.
• Develop a plan of care for each OT patient.
• Provide skilled OT services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet OT goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
