Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Anchorage, Alaska. This role requires 40 hours per week, with a 10-hour day shift schedule, and offers travel opportunities in a dynamic setting.

New grads are encouraged to apply, with 1 year of experience preferred and NBCOT-OTR plus BLS certifications required. The OT will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and collaborate with the care team to achieve rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of OT experience; new grads are encouraged to apply.
• BLS and NBCOT-OTR national certification with state licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop plans of care to improve daily living skills.
• Perform assessments and document progress for therapies and physicians.
• Provide patient education and caregiver training on treatment and home programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to implement patient-centered care.
• Assist in determining home or workplace modifications to support therapy goals.
