Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, in partnership with CHS, invites travel nurses to join a nationwide network of facilities dedicated to safe, high-quality patient care. Positions are 8, 10, or 13 weeks, with opportunities across multiple communities.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of acute care hospital experience, required certifications, and a degree from an accredited school. English communication skills are essential for success in diverse care teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position
• Degree from an accredited school
• Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies
• Ability to communicate clearly with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to care team, physician, patient, and family
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines including transfer, discharge, referral, and psychosocial support
• Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient
