Qualifications

• Minimum of one year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Current nursing licensure and certifications as required for the position.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program is required.
• Demonstrates ability to adhere to code of conduct and compliance policies.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
• Monitor and communicate patient status to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, and referrals.
• Provide patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and condition.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
