Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fremont, California. The role is full-time travel with 40 hours per week, standard 8-hour days, and guaranteed hours depending on the assignment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active (or pending) state Occupational Therapy license.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional independence.
• Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Address ADLs, IADLs, mobility, and functional performance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
