Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a Fremont, CA team for a 13-week assignment. The therapist will provide comprehensive therapy, evaluate patients, develop care plans, document accurately, and collaborate with teams and families to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role requires an MOT/OTD, active California OT license (or ability to obtain), and at least 1 year of OT experience with strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active California OT license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Accurately document services in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families for continuity of care.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and professional standards.
